Many of our houseshares are in larger brand-new properties in convenient locations with modern kitchens and every conceivable appliance, top quality flooring, leather sofas and large screen TV/DVD’s. We also have older properties on our books which have been sympathetically restored to a high specification.
Our properties all feature one fully-inclusive bill which typically includes the following:
- All Utilities including Water, Electric and Gas
- Council Tax
- TV Licence
- Wireless Broadband
Many of our properties also have:
- SKY TV/Virgin Media
- Free Local and National Telephone Calls
- Weekly cleaner for communal areas
- Garden Maintenance
- Window Cleaning
Our properties contain an extremely high specification of furnishings which typically include:
- Spacious communal living areas for socializing, lounging and dining – inside and out
- Widescreen TV and DVD in main living room
- Well equipped kitchens with dishwasher, microwave and adequate space for foodstuffs
- High-end furnishings in all rooms – beds, matching wardrobes, bedside cabinets, drawers, desks and chairs
- Luxury bathrooms with showers
- Private parking
- Full laundry facilities
- Additional Storage Space for Personal Items
All properties conform to the latest health and safety advisory legislation and regulatory guidelines applicable to houses with multiple occupants.
Rents are payable monthly in advance by standing order with all bills included in the agreed room rate as specified in the contract.
Rooms vary in size and nature but whether its a single, double or ensuite that you require; all will be well-decorated, furnished to a high standard and feature high quality beds and mattresses. Where necessary, we can normally supply duvets, pillows, and bed linen for a small charge.
Rates will vary within a range starting from £70pw (£300 per month) inclusive to upwards of £130pw for top of the range en-suite rooms and studio’s in luxury developments.
Properties are equipped with young working professional people in mind rather than the traditional student let market.
