Kettering is a market town in northern Northamptonshire with a population of approximately 47,000. Kettering’s economy was built on the boot and shoe industry; however, now it is largely based upon service and distribution industries due to its central location and good transport links. There is a large and growing local commuter population who take advantage of Kettering’s position on a main line railway.

There is convenient access to the property by road. The A43 is less than a mile away and offers routes to Northampton and Corby, the A14 provides routes to the east and west, the A6 north and south and the M1 and M6 are only 18 miles away.
Kettering is also served by railway links, Midland Mainline will take you to London, St.Pancras in about one hour.
